The BEST Baby Shower Gifts!
I'm pretty sure babies are about the most fun people on the planet to shop for. All their stuff is tiny, precious and soft as a baby rabbit. Seriously.
Since having the twins I have some clear "winners" when it comes to products and things I've loved, some of which would make amazing baby shower gifts! So, I thought I'd round up my favorites, including a few gifts that are for the mama, and one that is hands down the most thoughtful. You will win the day, if you give this gift at a shower. PROMISE!!!
Okay, so let's jump in!
Saranoni Blanket- Y'ALL, these blankets are crazy soft and you can't go wrong color wise. These have been my absolute favorite baby blankets of all time and I really think they hold up well and will be loved by a baby for years to come!
Baby Bling Bows- I like big bows, and I can not lie. These have the perfect amount of stretch to fit both tiny babes and toddlers. There are tons of colors, textures etc to choose from with these. I usually get mine from Nordstrom, the twins have amassed quite a collection!
Little Poppy Co. - Speaking of bows, how about the gift that keeps on giving? A bow subscription service! They have it set up on their site where you can pay for year of bow deliveries. Once a month, they will receive three bows that are designed with season in mind. These have the soft stretchy band that, and really modern colors and designs!
Barefoot Dreams Blanket- Most people don't think to gift something for the mama at a baby shower, and I think it's nice to let mama know we are still thinking of her too! Barefoot dreams is hands down my favorite luxury item. They are pricey, but SO SO SO good. If you've got a bigger budget, this would be great for a new mama. She can spend her first few weeks postpartum snuggled up with her babe under the greatest blanket known to man. #winning
Love to Dream Swaddle- Literally, the perfect swaddle. Still allows their legs to move and have their hands up, but keeps them snuggly so they don't startle and sleep soundly. We swore by these when the twins were tiny. I can't say enough about how much I love these and what a game changer they were at getting the babes to sleep longer stretches!
L'oved Baby Outfits- There are the creme' de la creme' of baby sleepers. There are so soft and the colors are amazing. If you love more natural colors for babies, then you will love these. Again, these are pricey. We only bought two, and used them for the twins coming home outfits. There are two of only a handful of baby items we kept as keepsakes for Ivy + Amelia.
Freshly Picked Moccs- The perfect first shoe! They are soft and the elastic ankles help them to stay on the babies feet! My other favorite baby shoe (not pictured) are the Zutano's. They are perfect for babies under 6 months!!!!
Copper Pearl Swaddle- these are a MUST HAVE!!! Honestly, the most perfect swaddle blanket to ever exist. Even my husband will tell you these were his favorite baby item. Crazy soft and the perfect amount of stretch! TONS of colors to choose from too!
Copper Pearl Burp Rags- Again, just perfection. These are soft and thick. We used them to death and just like the swaddles, there are tons of patterns and colors to choose from!
SWELL Water Bottle- New mamas get thirsty!!! Especially if they are breastfeeding, so these would make a great gift for a new mama. Again, just a small way to let her know you are thinking about her too! There are really cute designs and these will keep her water cold forever!!!
Okay, the last thing... it's revolutionary!!! A laundry service. Yup. We have a service in our town called 2ULaundry. Basically, you fill a 40lb bag of clothes and leave it on your porch. They pick it up, wash em', dry em', and fold em'. Then they return the bag to your porch, THE NEXT DAY!!!! What is this witchcraft??!?! It's amazing, and even better. It's only $30 which includes pick-up and drop-off!!!
So, give mama a voucher for that, and she will love you forever!!! You'll be her new favorite person! Here is my link for 2ULaundry if you live an area that they service and want to try it, otherwise, I bet you can google and find a similar service in your area!
Alright guys, there it is! Hopefully the next time you are invited to a baby shower you can find something from this list, I guarantee the new mama will love!
Hope y'all have a great weekend!
xoxo,
Angie
